1. What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Dispatched within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 1-3 days more than dispatch date depending on the address specified for the order.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

We will generally procure and ship the items within the 3-4 Business Days. Business Days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The Product is definitely dispatched before the SLA mentioned on the site and delivery timeframe will be two greater than SLA Is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You can rest assured and if you have any problem You can cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at CustomerSupport.

4. What is your delivery policy?

An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Why is the shipment not offered to my area?

Please enter your pin code whether you Choose for COD or Prepaid to know whether the product can be delivered to your location or not. Sometimes we will prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely based on serviceability of your location.

6. Can I purchase multiple items at the same time but have them shipped separately?

Unfortunately, no. That said, we might ship your items separately based on availability, or if they're coming from multiple suppliers. If you don't want all your items at the same time, we suggest putting in separate orders.

7. What happens if my item arrived and it was defective?

We apologize for that inconvenience. And don't worry: If you're returning a defective item, we'll refund your shipping charges otherwise, we can replace another product based on customer needs and preferences.

8. What are my delivery options?

You can have your items delivered to your home, office or else through shipping partners, overnight express delivery and bluedart.

9. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

10. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible RTGS/NEFT Transfer will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.



How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product but it cannot be cancelled after the product got delivered. Just click on Cancel button against your order in My Orders in My Account.Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible and refund will get initiated.

How long will it take to refund my money?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3-4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund if applicable. You will be notified of the same by email.

However, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with our customer care in  case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Shoppyspot.







One (1) year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase of your new Warranted Products as mentioned on the Product Description Page.


If we arrange the pickup of your product, you need not to pay anything. In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will reimburse full courier amount up to Rs. 400 according to your bill.


We initiate the replacement or refund within 3-4 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes up to 10 days for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. Replacement of the product also takes 10 days if it gets delayed please contact our customer support. For COD orders refund would be done in form of NEFT. NEFT details have to be mandatorily submitted by the user against the order id under the "My Account" section on the website.


How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued by the following Banks mentioned below .
